Our Mission: To support people in their exploration of mindfulness practices as a tool to increase well-being, work with life challenges, and cultivate resilience, healing, and joy.
We Offer: Secular, evidence-based mindfulness workshops and practice communities, including the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
