This multi-session workshop series supports participants in cultivating a mindfulness meditation practice of their own.  Participants will engage in formal and informal mindfulness activities in class, then practice at home.  In-class activities, written reflections, and home practices will support participants in bringing conscious and deliberate attention to what they are experiencing from moment to moment with curiosity, kindness and without judgment.  This examination will encourage participants to connect the theoretical framework of mindfulness to their own practice.
