This workshop will introduce you to the basic theories and practices of secular mindfulness. You will explore some primary evidence-based benefits of mindfulness and engage in short formal and informal awareness practices that can be integrated into your work and personal lives. The day will allow participants to determine whether mindfulness training may be helpful for them.
