This half-day retreat will explore MBSR concepts.  The day will include meditation, periods of silence, mindful movement, and discussions to expand our hearts and minds. Through these practices and the break in routine, we can open a door to understanding ourselves better and allowing ease and insight to enter our lives.  We will gather between 9:00 and 9:25 to begin promptly at 9:30, and finish at 1:30.
