The eight-week experiential course incorporates mindfulness meditation, gentle hatha yoga, and mindful inquiry to explore our lives moment by moment with curiosity and without and judgment. You will learn to cultivate life-long tools that will help you develop increased resilience to better meet life’s challenges.

Four decades of research indicates that the majority of people who develop a mindfulness practice through MBSR training find a greater capacity to cope with life stresses, particularly physical pain, depression, and anxiety. Many find practice a doorway into greater well-being and enthusiasm for meaningful engagement in life.
