8 Week MBSR Course

The 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program, plus orientation, is an evidence-based, experiential course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The course helps participants harness inner resources to cultivate well-being and develop their ability to cope with stress, short and long-term.
